The BAS40-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. The diode has a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current rating of 200mA. Forward voltage is 1V maximum at 40mA, and reverse leakage current is 0.2µA at 40V.
