The BAS40-05-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 1 pair common cathode configuration. It is designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching, with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 40mA, and the reverse recovery time is 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
