The BAS40-04T-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It consists of a pair of series-connected Schottky diodes in a compact SOT-523 package. The device is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a forward continuous current of 200mA per device.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 40mA, a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 600mA for 1 second. The diode array also features a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection.
