The BAS40-04Q-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, configured as two diodes in series connection. It is designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. The diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 1.0V at 200mA, with a maximum reverse leakage current of 200nA at 30V. Reverse recovery time is 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
The device is housed in a compact SOT-23 surface mount package, with lead-free matte tin plated terminals and molded plastic material rated UL 94V-0. It is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The BAS40-04Q-7-F is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications, and is fully RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and antimony-free. The PN junction guard ring provides transient and ESD protection.
