The BAS40-04LT1G is a dual series Schottky barrier diode designed for high speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features extremely low forward voltage to reduce conduction loss, with a maximum forward voltage of 380 mV at 1 mA, 500 mV at 10 mA, and 1 V at 40 mA.
This device has a maximum reverse voltage of 40 V and a forward continuous current rating of 120 mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1 µA at 25 V. Total capacitance is 5 pF maximum at 1 V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high frequency applications.
The BAS40-04LT1G is housed in a miniature SOT-23 (TO-236) surface mount package, ideal for handheld and portable applications where space is limited. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a maximum power dissipation of 225 mW at 25°C ambient.
This component is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. An automotive grade version (SBAS40-04LT1G) is also available with AEC-Q101 qualification.
