The BAS40-04-E3-08 is a Schottky diode array from Vishay Dale configured as a series pair of two diodes. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 40mA, and the reverse leakage current is 100nA at 30V. With a reverse recovery time of 5ns, this device is suitable for high-speed switching applications.
The diode array comes in a standard SOT-23-3 surface-mount package (also acceptable as TO-236-3 or SC-59). It operates at a maximum junction temperature of 125°C.
