The BAS40-04-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-voltage rectification and high-speed switching applications. This device integrates two Schottky diodes in a series configuration, providing a reverse voltage rating of 40 V and an average rectified current of 200 mA. The forward voltage is typically 1 V at 40 mA, with a maximum of 1 V at higher currents. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
The diode array is housed in a compact SOT23-3 surface-mount package, weighing just 0.008 grams. It features a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
