BAS40-02V-V-G-08

The BAS40-02V-V-G-08 is a small signal Schottky diode from Vishay Dale, designed for high-speed switching and low voltage rectification applications. It features a low typical forward voltage of 380 mV at 1 mA and a maximum forward voltage of 1 V at 40 mA. The diode offers fast switching with a typical reverse recovery time of 5 ns. Reverse leakage current is typically 20 nA at 30 V, with a maximum of 100 nA. Diode capacitance is 45 pF typical at 0 V and 1 MHz. The device is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V and a forward continuous current of 120 mA, with a maximum power dissipation of 150 mW.
