The BAS386-TR3 is a small signal Schottky diode from Vishay designed for applications requiring very low forward voltage. It features a reverse voltage rating of 50 V and a continuous forward current of 200 mA. The diode offers a typical forward voltage as low as 300 mV at 0.1 mA, increasing to 900 mV at 100 mA. It includes an integrated protection ring against static discharge. The device is capable of handling a peak forward surge current of 5 A (10 ms pulse) and a repetitive peak forward current of 500 mA. Diode capacitance is 8 pF typical at 1 V reverse bias and 1 MHz. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C, with a storage temperature range of the same limits. The junction temperature is rated at 125°C maximum. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 320 K/W on a standard PC board. Packaged in a MicroMELF case (2-SMD, No Lead), the diode is surface mountable and supplied on tape and reel (8 mm tape, 10,000 per 13" reel).
