The BAS385-TR is a small signal Schottky diode from Vishay, designed for applications requiring very low forward voltage. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The diode offers a typical forward voltage of 240mV at 0.1mA, rising to 800mV maximum at 100mA. It includes an integrated protection ring against static discharge.
