The BAS31 is a small signal diode array from On Semiconductor, configured as 1 pair series connection. Designed for general-purpose switching applications, it offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 120V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 400mA, with typical forward voltages of 750mV at 10mA, 840mV at 50mA, 900mV at 100mA, and 1.00V at 200mA. Reverse current is limited to 100nA at 90V, and total capacitance is 35pF. The reverse recovery time is 50ns.
The device is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, compatible with TO-236-3 and SC-59 footprints. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The BAS31 is lead-free and halide-free, with RoHS compliance (unverified). Operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C, with storage from -55°C to +150°C.
