The BAS21LT3G is a high voltage switching diode from On Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring high reverse voltage capability. It features a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 250V and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V, with a continuous forward current of 200mA and a peak surge current of 2A.
