This is a general purpose fast recovery diode from Infineon Technologies, designed for surface mount applications. It has a reverse voltage rating of 200V and a forward current rating of 250mA.
The diode features a fast recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. Forward voltage is 1.25V at 200mA. It has a low junction capacitance of 5pF at 0V, 1MHz.
The device is housed in a PG-SOT23 package (equivalent to TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3) and supports surface mount mounting. Operating temperature range up to 150°C.
