The PANJIT BAS21C is a dual switching diode array with common cathode configuration, designed for high voltage small signal switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 250V and average rectified current of 200mA. The device offers fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 50ns and low forward voltage of 1V at 100mA. Reverse leakage current is minimal at 100nA at 200V reverse bias. The junction capacitance is 5pF. The diode is housed in a standard SOT-23 surface mount package, making it suitable for automated assembly. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C, with power dissipation of 250mW. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen free. Typical applications include high voltage switching circuits, signal routing, and protection circuits.
