The BAS20HT1G is a high voltage switching diode from On Semiconductor (onsemi), designed for general purpose switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 200 V and a continuous forward current rating of 200 mA, with a peak forward surge current capability of 625 mA.
The diode offers a typical reverse recovery time of 50 ns, making it suitable for fast switching circuits. The reverse breakdown voltage is guaranteed at 250 V minimum. Forward voltage is typically 1000 mV at 100 mA and 1250 mV at 200 mA. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 1 µA at 25°C and 100 µA at 150°C.
The BAS20HT1G is housed in a SOD-323 (SC-76) surface mount package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. It is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and RoHS Compliant.
