The BAS20DW-7 is a dual switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high voltage applications requiring two independent diodes in a single compact surface mount package.
The device contains two standard switching diodes with a maximum average rectified forward current of 200mA and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50 ns and a low forward voltage of 1.25V at 200mA. The reverse leakage current is limited to 100 nA at 150V reverse bias.
The BAS20DW-7 is supplied in a SOT-363 (6-TSSOP, SC-88) surface mount package with a molded plastic case rated UL 94V-0. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
