The BAS16XV2T1G is a general-purpose switching diode from onsemi designed for high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns typical, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 715mV at 1mA, rising to 1.25V at 150mA. Reverse leakage current is 1µA maximum at 25°C. The device is housed in an extremely small SOD-523 surface-mount package, enabling compact PCB designs.
