The BAS16WT1G is a silicon switching diode from onsemi designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current rating of 200mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 715mV at 1mA, 866mV at 10mA, 1.0V at 50mA, and 1.25V at 150mA.
