The BAS16WS-HE3-18 is a small signal fast switching diode from Vishay, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 75 V and a continuous forward current rating of 250 mA. This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use and RoHS3 compliant.
Electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 0.715 V at 1 mA, 0.855 V at 10 mA, 1.0 V at 50 mA, and 1.25 V at 150 mA. Leakage current is a maximum of 50 nA at 75 V (25 °C) and 50 µA at 150 °C. The reverse recovery time is 6 ns, and diode capacitance is 1.5 pF at 0 V.
