The BAS16W is a small signal diode designed for high-speed switching applications. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V and a maximum average forward current of 150mA. The diode features a very fast reverse recovery time of 4ns maximum, making it suitable for signal processing and rectification circuits. It has a low junction capacitance of 2pF typical at 0V. The device is housed in a compact SOT-323 (SC-70) surface mount package, weighing approximately 0.01g. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The BAS16W is RoHS compliant, REACH not declarable, and halogen free. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The maximum power dissipation is 200mW when mounted on 3mm² copper pads. This diode is also available in AEC-Q101 qualified versions (BAS16W-Q and BAS16W-AQ) for automotive applications.
