The BAS16V-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a dual independent switching diode array designed for general purpose switching applications. Each diode is rated for 75V DC blocking voltage and 200mA average rectified current, with a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA.
This device features fast switching speed with a reverse recovery time of just 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1µA at the rated voltage. The array configuration provides two independent diodes in a single compact package, saving board space.
Housed in a surface-mount SOT-563 package, the BAS16V-7 is ideal for automated assembly. It is fully RoHS compliant and halogen- and antimony-free. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C.
