The BAS16LT1 is a high-speed switching diode designed for general purpose switching applications. It offers a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100V and a peak forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 715mV at 1mA, 855mV at 10mA, 1000mV at 50mA, and 1250mV at 150mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns (tested at IF=IR=10mA, RL=50Ω) and a low diode capacitance of 2pF at 0V reverse bias (1MHz). Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 1µA at 100V. The diode is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package. Thermal characteristics include a maximum power dissipation of 225mW on FR-5 board and 300mW on alumina substrate, with junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 556°C/W and 417°C/W respectively. The junction and storage temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The BAS16LT1 is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
