The BAS16L-G3-08 is a small signal fast switching diode from Vishay, designed for general purpose and high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current rating of 250mA on FR-4 board with recommended soldering footprint. The diode offers a typical reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for fast switching circuits.
