The BAS16HTW-13 is a surface mount switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring three independent standard diodes in a compact SOT-363 package. Each diode is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 200mA, making it suitable for general-purpose switching applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, a forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA, and a low reverse leakage current of 500nA at 80V. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 4A for 1µs. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C with a maximum power dissipation of 250mW.
The BAS16HTW-13 is housed in a SOT-363 surface mount package with matte tin terminals and an Alloy 42 leadframe. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. The package is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces.
