BAS16HT1 is a standard switching diode from onsemi, housed in a compact SOD-323 (SC-76) surface-mount package. It is rated for a continuous reverse voltage of 100 V and an average rectified current of 200 mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 6 ns and a low diode capacitance of 2 pF, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
The diode offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.25 V at 150 mA and a reverse leakage current of 1.0 µA at 100 V. It also includes a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 1.8 A at 60 Hz and a repetitive peak forward current rating of 1.0 A. The device can dissipate up to 200 mW on an FR-5 board, with a thermal resistance of 635 °C/W junction-to-ambient.
Designed for surface-mount assembly, the BAS16HT1 is provided in tape and reel packaging for automated manufacturing. It is compliant with RoHS, lead-free, and halogen-free requirements, and carries an ESD rating of Class 3A under the Human Body Model. The junction and storage temperature range is -55 °C to 150 °C.
