The BAS16HLPQ-7B is a surface mount fast switching diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose switching applications. It is rated for a 100V reverse breakdown voltage and 215mA average rectified current, with a fast 4ns reverse recovery time. Forward voltage is specified at 1.25V maximum at 150mA, and typical junction capacitance is 1.5pF at 0V/1MHz.
This diode is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive high-reliability applications and is provided in the ultra-small X1-DFN1006-2 package. The device is totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Typical applications include general purpose fast switching, high-speed rectification, and signal conditioning in portable and automotive electronics. The X1-DFN1006-2 surface mount package supports compact board layouts and tape and reel packaging for volume assembly.
