The BAS16E6393 is a general purpose fast recovery diode manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is designed for high-speed switching applications requiring low reverse recovery time. With a maximum DC reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified current of 250mA, it is suitable for low-power rectification and signal switching. The diode features a typical forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA forward current, and a reverse recovery time of just 4ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. The junction capacitance is 2pF at 0V, 1MHz, further supporting fast switching. The device is packaged in a surface-mount SOT-23 (TO-236-3/SC-59) package, making it ideal for compact PCB designs.
