The BAS16-E3-08 is a silicon epitaxial planar small signal fast switching diode manufactured by Vishay. It is designed for high-speed switching applications and general purpose rectification in low-power circuits. The diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 75V and a maximum DC forward current of 350mA, with average forward current capability of 250mA under half-wave rectification.
