The BAS16 is a standard small signal diode designed for general purpose switching and rectification in low power circuits. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V and a maximum average forward current of 215 mA.
With a reverse recovery time of only 4 ns, this diode supports high-speed switching applications. Forward voltage is specified as 1.25V maximum at 150 mA, with lower values at reduced currents. Leakage current is minimal at 1.0 µA maximum at 75V.
The device is housed in a compact SOT-23 surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and power dissipation is 350 mW. The BAS16 is RoHS, REACH, and halogen free compliant, with MSL level 1.
