The BAS116V-7 is a dual surface mount low leakage diode array from Diodes Incorporated, containing two independent standard recovery diodes in a compact SOT-563 package. It is designed for general purpose switching and rectification applications where space is at a premium.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 85V, a maximum RMS reverse voltage of 60V, and a maximum average rectified forward current of 215mA per diode. The device features a low forward voltage of 1.25V maximum at 150mA and an extremely low reverse leakage current of 5nA at 75V. The maximum reverse recovery time is 3 microseconds.
The BAS116V-7 is supplied in a surface mount SOT-563 package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals.
