The BAS116TT1G is a switching diode from On Semiconductor designed for general purpose low leakage applications. It features a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 75V and a peak forward current of 200mA, with a forward surge current capability of 500mA. The diode offers low reverse leakage current of 5nA at 75V and a fast reverse recovery time of 3µs. It is available in the compact SC-75 (SOT-416) surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is specified for power dissipation of 225mW on a minimum pad FR-4 board, or 360mW on a 1x1 inch pad. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 555°C/W and 345°C/W respectively.
This diode is Pb-free, halogen free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant, meeting current environmental standards. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel, suitable for automated assembly.
Typical applications include low leakage current switching, medium speed switching, and general purpose rectification in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics.
