The onsemi BAS116LT3G is a standard switching diode designed for medium-speed switching and low leakage current applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and can handle a continuous forward current of 200mA with a peak forward surge current of 500mA.
The forward voltage is typically 900mV at 1mA, 1.0V at 10mA, and 1.1V at 50mA, with a maximum of 1.25V at 150mA. Maximum reverse leakage current is just 5nA at 75V (25°C) rising to 80nA at 150°C.
