The BAS116LPH4-7B from Diodes Incorporated is a general purpose rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 85V and a maximum forward continuous current of 215mA. The diode exhibits low forward voltage drop: 0.9V at 1mA, 1.0V at 10mA, 1.1V at 50mA, and 1.25V at 150mA, making it suitable for low power designs.
Reverse leakage current is minimal at 5.0nA maximum under 75V, increasing to 80nA at 150°C junction temperature. The diode offers a typical reverse recovery time of 3µs, classifying it as standard recovery (>500ns). With a typical capacitance of 1.5pF at 0V, it is well-suited for signal switching and clamping applications.
The device is housed in an ultra-small X2-DFN1006-2 package (1.0mm x 0.6mm, 0.4mm height) with a 0402 (1006 Metric) case code. It is surface mountable, with NiPdAu over Copper terminal finish. The package is rated for MSL Level 1 (unlimited floor life) and meets UL 94V-0 flammability classification.
Environmentally, the BAS116LPH4-7B is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen/antimony-free (green device). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces per reel. Maximum power dissipation is 300mW with a typical junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 417°C/W.
