The BAS116-7-F is a surface mount low leakage diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose rectification and switching applications where low leakage current is beneficial. The diode offers a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 85V and a maximum forward continuous current of 215mA. It features a standard recovery speed with a reverse recovery time of 3µs and a typical junction capacitance of 2pF. The device is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 package and is rated for operation across a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The product is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free per the manufacturer's definition.
