The BAR43S is a dual Schottky rectifier diode array configured as a series pair. It is designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications.
Key electrical specifications: maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V, average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 200mA, and a low forward voltage (VF) of 800mV maximum at 100mA forward current. Reverse leakage current is limited to 500nA at 25V reverse voltage. The device exhibits a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns (test conditions: IF=IR=100mA, IRR=1mA, RL=100Ω).
The BAR43S is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59). Power dissipation is rated at 290mW with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 430°C/W. The junction temperature can reach up to 150°C. Storage temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
This diode array is suitable for use in low-power rectification, polarity protection, and signal clamping circuits where fast switching and low forward loss are required.
