The BAR43CFILM is a small signal Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics containing two diodes in a common cathode configuration. Designed for low-power high-speed switching applications, it features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 100mA. The device exhibits very low forward voltage: typical 0.35V at 10mA and 0.5V at 50mA, enabling efficient operation in battery-powered circuits. Reverse recovery time is typically 5ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification up to 45MHz with a detection efficiency of 80%. Junction capacitance is only 7pF, minimizing switching losses. Packaged in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) package, the BAR43CFILM has a power dissipation of 250mW at 25°C ambient with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 500°C/W when mounted on an epoxy board with recommended pad layout. Operating junction temperature range extends to 150°C, with storage from -65°C to +150°C.
