The B88069X4103T203 is a 2-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge arrester from TDK (EPCOS), part of the G30-A90XSMD series. It is designed for overvoltage protection in applications with limited space. The device features a DC spark-over voltage of 90V ±20% (72V min, 108V max) and a very fast response time. It can handle impulse discharge currents up to 2kA (8/20µs, 1 operation) and 1kA for 10 operations. The capacitance is less than 0.5pF at 1MHz, and insulation resistance is greater than 1GΩ at 50V DC. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. It is housed in a 2-SMD cylinder square end package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging (2000 pcs per reel). The device is RoHS-compatible, surface mountable, and suitable for ESD protection applications.
