The B88069X1630T602 is a 2-electrode gas discharge tube arrester from TDK Electronics, part of the A80-C90XSMD series. It features a DC spark-over voltage of 90V with ±20% tolerance (72V to 108V). The device is designed for high surge current handling, with an impulse discharge current rating of 20kA (8/20µs waveform, 10 operations) and a maximum single-pulse rating of 25kA. It also withstands 5kA for 10/350µs waveforms and 100A for 10/1000µs (300 operations). AC discharge current ratings include 20A for 1 second (10 operations) and 100A for 0.18 seconds (1 operation). The arrester offers very low capacitance (<1.5 pF at 1 MHz) and high insulation resistance (>10 GΩ at 50 VDC). It is housed in a 2-SMD cylinder square end package, suitable for surface mount assembly. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
