The B7B-PH-K-S from JST Manufacturing is a 7-position single-row shrouded header from the PH series. It features a 2.00mm pitch, through-hole mounting, and a fully shrouded 4-wall design that prevents mismating and protects contacts from flux and contaminants. The header accommodates wire sizes from #32 to #24 AWG and is suitable for board-to-cable/wire applications.
The connector is rated for 2A current and 100V voltage, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. Contact resistance is 10mΩ maximum initially and 20mΩ after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 1000MΩ, and withstanding voltage is 800V AC/minute. The housing is made of polyamide (Nylon 6/6) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
The header uses a detent lock fastening type and provides both press-fit and solder termination options. The insulation is natural (white) in color, and the overall contact length is 0.333 inches (8.45mm). This part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
