The JST B6B-PH-SM3-TB is a 6-position, single-row, 2.00mm pitch surface mount header from the PH series. It features a fully shrouded 4-wall design that prevents mis-mating and protects contacts from flux and contaminants. The header is rated for 2A current and 100V voltage, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. Contact resistance is 10mΩ initial, 20mΩ after environmental testing, with insulation resistance of 1000MΩ minimum and withstanding voltage of 800V AC/minute. The housing is made of heat-resistant polyamide (PA46/Nylon 4/6) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The solder side includes a retention mechanism to prevent floating during reflow soldering. This connector is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications using AWG #32 to #24 wire.
