The JST B6B-PH-K-S is a PH Series male pin header designed for wire-to-board connections. It features 6 positions in a single row with a 2.00mm pitch, making it suitable for space-constrained PCB layouts. The header is fully shrouded with a 4-wall design and includes a detent lock fastening mechanism for secure mating with corresponding housings.

 

Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 2A per contact and a maximum voltage of 100V. Contact resistance is 20mΩ initial and 30mΩ after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ minimum, and the connector withstands 1000V AC for one minute. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C.

 

The header uses through hole mounting and supports both press-fit and solder termination. Contacts are made of brass with a tin-lead finish. The insulator is polyamide (PA66) Nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Accepts wire sizes AWG 28-22 and PCB thicknesses of 1.6mm to 2.4mm.
