The B5819WS-TP is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Components. It is rated for an average forward current of 1A and a maximum reverse voltage of 40V. The forward voltage is a maximum of 600mV at 1A, enabling low power loss in high-efficiency circuits.
This diode features fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 50 ns and a typical junction capacitance of 48 pF at 4V, making it suitable for high-frequency inverters and DC-DC converters. It can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 10A.
