The TDK B57236S0200M000 is an NTC thermistor designed for inrush current limiting applications. It has a cold resistance of 20 Ω with ±20% tolerance and a maximum steady-state current rating of 2.8 A. The component can dissipate up to 2.1 W at 25°C, with a dissipation factor of 10 mW/K and a thermal time constant of 70 s.
The mechanical package is a through-hole design with a maximum body diameter of 11.5 mm, thickness of 5.0 mm, and overall height of 16.0 mm. Lead spacing is 5.0 mm, and leads are tinned copper wire with a kinked style, 0.6 mm diameter and 25 mm minimum length. The coating is flame retardant to UL 94 V-0.
