This Schottky barrier rectifier is designed for general commercial applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified current of 5A. The forward voltage is typically 0.7V at 5A. Its low power loss and high efficiency make it suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package, enabling automated assembly. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The package is supplied in tape and reel with 3000 units per reel.
