The B520C-13-F is a 5A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications requiring low power loss and high efficiency.
Key specifications include a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 20V at 25°C, an average rectified current (Io) of 5A, and a low forward voltage drop of 550 mV maximum at 5A forward current. Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.5 mA at 25°C. The device features fast recovery speed (≤500ns, >200mA) and typical junction capacitance of 300 pF at 4V reverse bias.
