The JST B4PS-VH is a 4-position, single row, right angle header from the VH series. It features a 3.96mm pitch and is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. The connector is shrouded with a locking ramp for secure mating and vibration resistance.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 10A and a voltage rating of 250V. Contact resistance is 10mΩ maximum initial and 20mΩ maximum after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ minimum, and the connector withstands 1500V AC for one minute.
The header uses through hole, right angle mounting with solder termination. Contacts are made of brass with a tin-lead finish. The housing is natural polyamide (PA66/Nylon 6/6) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C.
