The JST B4B-PH-K-S is a 4-position, single row, 2.00mm pitch shrouded header from the PH series. It features a fully shrouded 4-wall design that prevents improper mating and protects contacts from flux and contaminants. The header uses male square pins made of brass with tin-lead plating.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 2A and maximum voltage of 100V. Contact resistance is 10 mΩ initial and 20 mΩ after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum, and the connector withstands 800V AC for one minute. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C.
The header is mounted via through hole and supports both press-fit and solder termination. It accommodates wire gauges AWG #32 to #24 and PC board thicknesses from 0.8 to 1.6mm. The insulation is natural-colored polyamide (PA66/Nylon 6/6) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
