The JST B3B-ZR is a 3-position, single-row, through-hole shrouded header from the ZH series. It features a compact 1.5mm pitch and a fully shrouded 4-wall design that protects the receptacle during mating. The header uses tin-lead plated brass contacts and a glass-filled PA66/Nylon 6/6 insulator rated UL94 V-0.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 1A, voltage rating of 50V, initial contact resistance of 20mΩ max, and insulation resistance of 500MΩ min. The withstanding voltage is 500V AC for one minute. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
This header is designed for board-to-cable/wire connections and accepts wire sizes AWG #32 to #26. It is compatible with both ZH crimp-style and ZR IDC-style connectors. The detent lock fastening ensures secure mating. Applicable PC board thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.2mm, with 1.6mm also supported.
