The B360AM-13-F is a 3.0A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and a maximum average rectified output current of 3A at +100°C. The forward voltage is typically 0.60V at 3A and 25°C, with a maximum of 0.70V.
