The B360A-13-F is a 60V, 3A Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It offers a maximum forward voltage of 700mV at 3A and a typical junction capacitance of 200pF at 4V and 1MHz.
This rectifier is housed in a surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package with matte-tin plated terminals and a cathode band polarity marking. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020.
